Apart from our consulting product of Lean Construction Management we separately offer our customers some services concerning the assurance of quality on site. With our modular House of Quality we provide a comprehensive solution from the beginning of the construction site to the acceptance and hand-over of keys.

By means of audits we guarantee an independent assurance of planning quality and process, leading to an increase of functionality and an extensive improvement of energy consumption. We analyse the actual demand of the user of a building and include his ideas into the planning process.

This is how we raise the contentment of the customer with his building; an investment is thus ensured to a long-term extent by sharpening the focus on the needs of the user during the development process. In the planning phase, 80% of the current expenses of a building may be influenced. The direct energy consumption as well as the indirect one are very important to us.
